Our personal trainers at Work Out Harder Fitness are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness milestones.

HUSTLE FOR MUSCLE

In this class you will have fun toning and tightening up your arms, chest, back shoulders and abs like you never have before!

BUTTS & GUTTS

We work the hamstrings, quads, thighs and glutes for about 30 minutes and then turn our energy to the “gutts,” aka six-packs-in-the-making. Or we put the two together.

HARD CORE & CARDIO

A total body workout using all different types of equipment and exercises. Cardio intervals will be mixed in with resistance moves that will tone and sculpt your body.
